Bulk YouTube, TikTok and Instagram transcripts from one account
Type a channel or a username, tick the videos you want from its latest uploads, and JustTranscribe transcribes and analyzes them one after another while you do something else. Each video comes back with a timestamped transcript and an AI breakdown of its hook, structure and scenes; the whole batch exports as one CSV, one TXT with every transcript, or a Word file per video. It transcribes the audio itself, so it works on videos that have no captions.
How to transcribe several videos from one account
Three screens, about a minute of your time. The processing happens on our side.
- 1Enter the account. Pick YouTube, TikTok or Instagram and type the @username or paste the profile link. We look the account up and list its latest public videos.
- 2Choose the videos. Tick the ones you want from the 12 latest (Shorts included on YouTube, Reels on Instagram) — or select all. Each card shows its views, length and date.
- 3Start and leave. Optionally put the batch in a folder and add a webhook, then start. Videos are fetched, transcribed and analyzed in turn; it is safe to close the tab.
- 4Read and export. Open any video for its transcript and breakdown, or export the batch: CSV (one row per video), all transcripts in one TXT, or Word per video.
What you get for each video
Timestamped transcript
Sentence by sentence with the time each one starts, in the language the video is spoken in — detected automatically, Spanish, English and Portuguese first among 100+ languages.
Hook and structure
The opening line, the hook types it uses and the promise it makes, then the script beat by beat with the time range of each beat.
Scenes and key moments
The video split into contiguous scenes, plus pace (words per minute) and the persuasion techniques the AI found.
A spreadsheet of the whole batch
The CSV has one row per video: link, creator, title, length, language, date, hook, hook types, promise, structure, scenes, persuasion and the full transcript.
Bulk YouTube transcripts, channel transcripts and TikTok scripts
YouTube channel transcripts in bulk
Pull the transcripts of a channel's latest uploads into one file instead of opening videos one by one — useful to quote a creator, check what they said about a topic, or feed the text to your own AI tools.
Bulk TikTok and Instagram Reels scripts
Short videos live on their first seconds. Lining up twelve hooks and structures from one account shows the pattern that creator repeats — what to study, not what to copy.
Competitor research for brands and agencies
Run the latest videos of a competitor, a client or a creator you are about to hire, and read them as a table: topics, hooks, length, posting dates and views side by side.
Older videos or a playlist
The account view lists the 12 latest uploads. For specific older videos or a playlist, paste up to 10 links on New transcription and they run as one batch.
Limits
- Public accounts on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram only — no private profiles, no live streams.
- Up to 12 videos per bulk analysis, chosen from the account's 12 latest uploads; each video up to 150 minutes.
- Videos are processed one at a time per account, so a batch of short videos is usually ready in a few minutes and long ones take longer.
- Transcripts and the breakdown are made from the audio: text that only appears on screen, without being said, is not read.
- Transcribing is free with a free account — sign in with Google in one click (or with email), no card needed. Files up to 150 minutes and 500 MB, unlimited transcripts during the beta.
FAQ
Can I get the transcripts of a whole YouTube channel at once?
You can transcribe up to 12 videos per run, chosen from the channel's 12 latest uploads, and export them together as one TXT or one CSV. For specific older videos, paste up to 10 links on New transcription.
Does it use YouTube's captions?
No. JustTranscribe transcribes the audio, so it works on videos without captions and gives proper punctuation and timestamps instead of auto-caption fragments.
Which platforms does bulk analysis support?
YouTube (regular videos and Shorts), TikTok and Instagram Reels, from public accounts. You type the username or paste the profile link.
What is in the CSV export?
One row per video with the link, platform, creator, title, duration, language, date, hook, hook types, promise, structure, scenes, persuasion techniques and the full transcript — ready for Google Sheets or Excel.
Do I have to keep the page open?
No. The batch runs on our servers; you can close the tab and come back to the job page, or add a webhook to be notified as each transcript is ready.
Can I keep analyzing an account's new videos automatically?
Yes — that is Content Watch: follow the account and every new video it posts is transcribed and analyzed within a day, with a daily email.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free JustTranscribe account (Google sign-in takes one click). Bulk analysis is included; there is no card to enter.
