Zoom Recording Transcript
To transcribe a meeting recording, upload the file (MP4, M4A or MP3) or paste the public Google Drive link where it's saved. JustTranscribe turns it into text with timestamps, splits it by speaker on request, and produces a summary with key moments.
Up to 150 minutes per recording with an account (40 for the first transcript without one). Export the minutes as DOCX or PDF.
First transcript free, no account. Recordings up to 500 MB / 150 minutes.
How it works
Download the recording
Zoom, Meet and Teams save meetings as video (MP4) or audio (M4A) in the cloud or on your computer. Download it, or leave it in a public Google Drive folder.
Upload it or paste the link
We extract the audio, transcribe it with word-level timestamps and detect the language automatically.
Get the minutes
Request speaker labels to see who said what, read the summary and key moments, ask the meeting questions, and export DOCX or PDF.

[1:00] Speaker 2: We now need to discuss the project finance. According to the brief, we're going to be selling this remote control for €25. We're aiming to make €50 million. We're going to be selling this on an international scale. We don't want it to cost any more than €1250. 50% of the selling price. [1:46] Speaker 1: Can we just go over that again? Production cost is €1250, but selling price is that wholesale or retail? On the shelf? [2:06] Speaker 2: I don't know. I imagine it probably is our sale. It's probably up to the retailer to sell it for whatever price they want. I don't know. Do you think the fact that it's going to be sold internationally will have a bearing on how we design it at all?

Frequently asked questions
Don't Zoom, Meet and Teams transcribe on their own?
Some plans do, but it usually depends on the paid tier, admin settings, or turning it on before the meeting. If you have the recording and not the text, this is the way.
Can it tell who is speaking?
Yes, with speaker labels you turn on when you need them. They work best when each person speaks from their own microphone and doesn't overlap.
Does it handle a two-hour meeting?
With an account, up to 150 minutes per recording. For longer meetings, split the file in two.
Can I get minutes or a summary automatically?
You get the AI summary, the main idea and the key moments with timestamps, and you can ask the meeting questions. Build the final minutes from that and export DOCX or PDF.
Is the recording private?
It's uploaded over an encrypted connection and only you see it in your account. You can delete the transcript and the file at any time.
How much does it cost?
Free during the beta: the first transcript without an account, then a free account, no card required.
